An Economist's Forecast for 2007
Yesterday I attended a talk in San Diego about the future of the real estate market here. Gary Watts, who has an excellent tract record for predicting the market, is bullish about San Diego real estate. He debunked the media hype and pointed out all the reasons why this area will continue to do well.
If you're interested, here's a copy of the handout. Call me if you have any questions, or would like to talk about San Diego real estate!
Dennis Kaiser purchased his first home in 1970 while not yet legal age. He increased its value by building an addition, and has been hooked on real estate ever since.
As general contractors, Dennis & his wife Crystal built houses in Atascadero and Escondido, giving them experience in all aspects of the construction fields and in working with the permit process.
They have fixed up, flipped, or currently own over 30 houses in California and other states. They are currently active real estate investors.
Dennis has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest in the industry. Dennis was recently awarded the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation for his skill in helping homeowners in distress and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation for his expertise in matters of importance to those 55 or better.
